高木 正勝 TAKAGI Masakatsu 

生於日本京都。是結合影像及音樂於一身的創作人。從個人在旅程中對環境的微密觀察及感受出發，將摘下的片段轉化成影像與音樂一體的創作。曾製作音樂錄像、電視廣告及電影，亦參與多個音樂節作表演，其錄像裝置作品亦於多個藝術空間及美術館展出。曾參與David Sylvian的世界巡迴演出，又為音樂人製作影像，包括有Cornelius (日本)、UA (日本) 及林憶蓮 (香港)等。2006年獲《Res》雜誌選為十位將影響世界的電影、錄像、設計、音樂及媒體藝術的新進藝術家之一。

TAKAGI Masakatsu is a visual artist and musician based in Kyoto, whose work knows no aesthetic borders. He collects inspiration from his travels, and visually interprets the personal response to his environment to create synchronized images to his music. He places a unique humanity in his works.

He produces music videos, as well as music for commercials and films. He has live performances and video installations at art spaces and festivals around the world. Takagi has collaborated with wide ranges of musicians and artists. He has toured with musician and remix artist David Sylvian, and has also created visuals for musicians like Cornelius (Japan), UA (Japan) and Sandy Lam (HK), etc. In 2006 he was named by Res magazine - one of ten emerging artists who will influence the worlds of film, video, design, music and media art in the upcoming year and beyond.
